Get to know Elaine

As a Premier Benefit Consultant agent Elaine Umali-Revilla is here to help you understand all of your health insurance options and to provide excellent ongoing service once she assists you to enroll into the plan of your choice.  Elaine offers guidance for individuals with existing Medicare health plans, those new to Medicare as well as those preparing to retire and transition from employer based health coverage to individual coverage.  Phone or video conferencing consultations are available by appointment and free of charge.  Whether you are a Medicare beneficiary, employer, physician, guardian or anyone looking to understand the complexities of Medicare, contact Elaine and she will gladly assist you.

Elaine was born and raised on the island of Oahu. She is a proud graduate of Waianae High School with a traditional local upbringing, and home-grown humble beginnings. She attended Chaminade University of Honolulu to pursue her Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice, and then went on to the University of Phoenix to receive her Master’s Degree in Business Administration – Global Management. In addition to her collegiate studies, she also obtained her Certified Nursing Aide Certification to receive clinical training to help care for family.

This built a foundation for Elaine to develop a passion for helping Hawaii’s Communities understand the healthcare system, and to pursue a career of over 20 years in healthcare administration and operations. She held several leadership positions in the health insurance industry. This has empowered her to help make a difference in Hawaii by partnering with physician offices and hospitals to assist in helping Hawaii’s People have access to quality care and wellness programs. She is committed to service and representing others who need help in understanding complex health insurance systems.

With a solid hard work ethic, humble and strong family values – Elaine always believed in the importance of making sure Medicare beneficiaries are comfortable, treated with respect, and maintain a healthy and happy lifestyle. She strives on going above and beyond to do whatever it takes to make sure those that she works with are satisfied. Elaine continues to reside with her family on the beautiful West Side. She enjoys family bike rides, beach days, fun hikes and fitness activities.
