Jessica was born on the Big Island and spent her wonder years running around the Waiakea Uka.  When she reached middle school her family moved to Kwajalein, aka “Down Under.” Kwajalein is located in the Marshall Islands and is approximately 2.5 miles long and .5 miles wide.  Jessica attended Kwajalein Jr Sr High School from 7th grade until she graduated in 1987.

After graduation, Jessica returned home to the Big Island to attend Hawaii Community College where she earned an Associate Degree in Accounting. She went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of Hawaii at Hilo and a Master of Arts Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Argosy University Hawaii.

Today, Jessica is a wife, a mother of five (1 daughter and 4 sons), she is also a daughter, a sister, an aunty and a mother-in-law, a sister-in-law, a friend and believe it or not even a grandmother of 10 grandchildren all under the age of 9.

Jessica has been in the Medicare industry since 2016 and has helped hundreds of people understand Medicare and know their options.  She understands the importance of having health insurance that fits your needs because she has family members who are Medicare Beneficiaries like her parents, her husband and one of her sons who has Muscular Dystrophy.  So, whether you are a Medicare Beneficiary, soon to be Medicare Beneficiary, Guardian, Physician, Case manager, Service Coordinator or Community Partner, if you have questions about Medicare, you can count on Jessica to be there for you.
