My father instilled in me the importance of honesty in your work and your life, where you must “call your own fouls." These principles were foundational in developing Premier Benefit Consultants and remains at the core of the company.
I love being able to empower our agents to be true consultants to Medicare beneficiaries. In my Operations role, I'm able to help our agents access all of the resources needed to make a difference.
Medicare is a very complex subject and especially so for its beneficiaries. Having the ability to make the confusing subject simple and understandable is one of the reasons why I started Premier Benefit Consultants.
Working in Medicare has shown me that the real reward is not just understanding the system, but using it to guide and uplift people through some of life’s most important decisions.
I take pride in supporting our team behind the scenes and helping create a seamless experience for both our agents and the clients they serve.
I've found purpose in both training agents and serving as one myself–helping turn confusion into clarity so every kūpuna feels confident in their coverage and care.
