Nicole is committed to helping individuals and families understand their health insurance options and navigate Medicare with clarity and confidence. As an independent agent with Premier Benefit Consultants, she combines knowledgeable guidance with the warm, attentive service that comes naturally to her.

Nicole assists people at every stage of their Medicare journey, including those preparing to retire and transition from employer-based coverage, individuals becoming eligible for Medicare for the first time, and current beneficiaries who want help understanding or reviewing their existing plans. She also welcomes questions from family members, guardians, employers, physicians, and anyone seeking a clearer understanding of Medicare.

 

Recognizing that Medicare can feel complicated and overwhelming, Nicole takes the time to listen, explain the available options clearly, and help each person make an informed decision based on their individual healthcare needs and circumstances. She believes the best conversations often begin with a friendly, comfortable “talk story” approach that allows her to truly understand what matters to each client.

 

Nicole’s commitment continues long after enrollment. She believes excellent service means remaining available whenever questions, concerns, or changes arise and making sure her clients always have someone they can turn to for help. Complimentary consultations are available by appointment over the phone or through video conference.

 

After graduating from the University of Hawaiʻi, Nicole spent more than 10 years in the food and beverage industry. Her natural ability to connect with people from many different backgrounds and provide quality service with a smile inspired her to find a way to serve the community on a broader level.

 

Nicole was introduced to the Medicare profession by her older brother, Michael, a principal of PBC. Hearing about the meaningful relationships he developed with his clients and the difference he was able to make in their lives inspired her to enter the industry in 2015. Nicole quickly discovered how personally rewarding it was to help Hawaiʻi’s Medicare beneficiaries understand their choices and feel more secure about their healthcare coverage.

 

Nicole is a very special member of the PBC family—and not only because she is Michael’s younger sister. She is a genuinely sweet, caring person who treats people with kindness, patience, and respect. Her warmth puts clients at ease, while her dedication ensures they receive thoughtful and dependable support. PBC is proud to have Nicole on our team and has complete confidence in the heartfelt care she provides to every person she serves.

Born and raised in Mililani, Nicole now resides in Hawaiʻi Kai with her husband, Thomas, and their two daughters, Allison and Nixon. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family.
