Erin brings warmth, patience, and a sincere desire to help individuals and families better understand their health insurance options. Erin assists individuals who are becoming eligible for Medicare, current beneficiaries who want help understanding or reviewing their existing coverage, and those preparing to retire and transition from employer-sponsored insurance. She also welcomes questions from family members, caregivers, guardians, employers, physicians, and anyone seeking a clearer understanding of Medicare.

Recognizing that Medicare can feel complicated, Erin takes the time to listen carefully, explain the available options clearly, and help each client make an informed decision based on their individual healthcare needs and circumstances. Her knowledgeable yet compassionate approach helps people feel comfortable asking questions and confident that their concerns are being heard.

 

Erin’s commitment continues after enrollment. She remains available to answer questions, address concerns, and provide ongoing assistance as her clients’ healthcare needs or circumstances change. Complimentary consultations are available by appointment over the phone or through video conference.

 

Born and raised in Honolulu, Erin spent much of her childhood with her grandparents while her parents worked. Growing up in a close-knit, multigenerational family, she learned the importance of humility, hard work, respect, compassion, and integrity. The life lessons her grandparents shared remain an important part of who she is and continue to guide the way she treats others.

 

Grounded in her Christian faith, Erin feels called to use her knowledge and abilities to help people through unfamiliar transitions. She strives to reflect the aloha spirit through kindness, professionalism, and sincere service to others. Erin and her family attend church regularly, support their local community, and look forward to finding even more ways to give back.

 

Before joining PBC, Erin worked as a certified medical coder. Her experience in the healthcare field gave her valuable insight into the industry and strengthened her attention to detail. It also prepared her to help clients navigate important healthcare decisions with knowledge, care, and compassion.

Her sweet nature, strong values, and sincere concern for others are reflected in the personal attention she gives every client. Erin has been happily married for more than 30 years and lives in Kāneʻohe with her family. She and her husband are the proud parents of four adult children—one son and three daughters—and also share their home with three dogs who keep them busy. Outside of work, Erin enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, walking her dogs along the beach, and spending time with her family. She and her husband also enjoy relaxing at home and working together to keep their house and yard tidy and beautiful.
