Get to know Julie

As a Premier Benefit Consultant agent Julie Agbayani-Hall is here to help you understand and maximize your health insurance options while providing excellent ongoing service.  Julie offers guidance for individuals with existing Medicare health plans, those new to Medicare as well as those preparing to retire and convert from employer based health coverage to individual coverage.  Phone or video conferencing consultations are available by appointment and free of charge.  Whether you are a Medicare beneficiary, employer, physician, guardian or anyone looking to understand how to navigate the transition to Medicare, contact Julie and she will gladly assist you.

Julie was born in Thailand and as a daughter of a man in uniform, lived in several states before her dad retired and moved back to the islands. She considers herself lucky to have lived in the sleepy town of Hilo until her sophomore year.  Julie graduated from Waipahu High School.  Go Marauders!  After graduating from UH Manoa in 1991, she set her sights on the fast pace and competitive environment of San Francisco and Silicon Valley.  In 2002, after having the first of three beautiful daughters, she was fortunate to be able to focus solely on being a Mom.

 

For the last ten years, Julie has been passionate about her community and the needs of our kupuna.  She provides a personal service to every single one of her clients.  She spends the time to learn about your needs and address each and every concern of yours to you and your family.  Medicare and Medicaid can be frustrating and overwhelming.  She continues to take the time to help you understand all your healthcare benefit options to make informed decisions.

 

Julie has been happily married for 18 years with 3 beautiful daughters.  During her spare time, she volunteers at school and is the Damien girls volleyball team mom.
