Keith brings a strong work ethic, decades of professional experience, and a genuine desire to make unfamiliar processes easier for others. As an independent agent with Premier Benefit Consultants, he is committed to helping individuals and families understand their health insurance options and navigate Medicare with greater clarity and confidence.

Keith assists people throughout every stage of their Medicare journey, including those preparing to retire and transition from employer-based coverage, individuals becoming eligible for Medicare for the first time, and current beneficiaries who want help understanding or reviewing their existing health plans.

 

He understands that learning a new process can be stressful, confusing, and frustrating. Keith believes important decisions should be straightforward rather than overwhelming. He takes the time to listen, explain the available options in a clear and accessible way, and help each client make an informed decision based on their individual healthcare needs and circumstances.

 

Keith’s service continues after enrollment. He remains available to answer questions, address concerns, and provide ongoing assistance as his clients’ needs or circumstances change. Complimentary consultations are available by appointment over the phone or through video conference.

 

He also welcomes the opportunity to assist family members, guardians, caregivers, employers, physicians, and anyone seeking a clearer understanding of Medicare and available health insurance options.

 

A lifelong Hawaiʻi resident, Keith grew up enjoying many of the outdoor activities that are part of island life, including surfing, fishing, diving, and sports. These experiences helped shape his appreciation for Hawaiʻi and the community he calls home.

 

Keith recently retired after more than 24 years of service at the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard. Before joining the Shipyard, he worked for the City and County of Honolulu and held positions within Hawaiʻi’s visitor industry at Moana Pacific, Hyatt Regency, and Hale Koa Hotel. His diverse professional background taught him the importance of hard work, dependable service, and treating people with respect.

 

One of Keith’s goals in retirement is to give back to the community by supporting and assisting others. Becoming a Medicare agent allows him to use his experience, patience, and service-minded nature to help people through an important stage of their lives.
