Get to know Kevin

Kevin brings more than a decade of insurance experience, a 20-year background in education, and a genuine commitment to helping others. As an independent agent with Premier Benefit Consultants, he uses his experience as an educator to help individuals and families understand Medicare with greater clarity and confidence.

Kevin assists individuals throughout every stage of their Medicare journey, including those preparing to retire and transition from employer-sponsored coverage, people becoming eligible for Medicare for the first time, and current beneficiaries who want help understanding or reviewing their existing plans.

 

He recognizes that Medicare can feel complicated, particularly when each person has different healthcare needs and circumstances. Kevin takes the time to listen carefully, explain the available options in an understandable way, and help each client make an informed decision based on their individual needs and priorities.

 

His commitment continues after enrollment. Kevin remains available to answer questions, address concerns, and provide ongoing assistance as his clients’ healthcare needs or circumstances change. Complimentary consultations are available by appointment over the phone or through video conference.

 

Kevin began his insurance career in 2011 and is licensed in life, disability, and long-term care insurance. Before entering the insurance profession, he spent 20 years working in education. That experience strengthened his ability to communicate clearly, patiently guide others through unfamiliar information, and make complex subjects easier to understand.

 

Born and raised in Honolulu, Kevin has deep roots in Hawaiʻi, with his family’s history in the islands dating back to 1900. His connection to the community and appreciation for Hawaiʻi’s kūpuna inspire his desire to help Medicare beneficiaries better understand their healthcare coverage.

 

Kevin is a highly valued member of the PBC family. His extensive background in education and insurance, combined with his patient and approachable manner, makes him a dependable resource for Medicare beneficiaries and their families. Outside of work, Kevin enjoys traveling, working out at the gym, surfing, and playing guitar. He also believes in giving back to the community and enjoys volunteering with organizations such as the Hawaiʻi Bone Marrow Donor Registry and the American Diabetes Association’s Hawaiʻi chapter.
