Get to know Mark
Known throughout HawaiÊ»i as “Mr. Medicare”—a name given to him by Michael W. Perry of KSSK Radio—Mark has been a trusted member of the PBC family for 17 years. He is one of PBC’s most successful and hardworking agents, earning the confidence of countless kÅ«puna, families, and employers through his experience, dedication, and integrity.

Born and raised in Kalihi Valley, Mark began his career working for major hotels in WaikÄ«kÄ« before becoming a District Manager for Starbucks Coffee Company in HawaiÊ»i. He also proudly served in the HawaiÊ»i National Guard and Army Reserves, retiring with the rank of Sergeant First Class.â

As an independent Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement consultant with PBC, Mark assists individuals as well as large and small employers with their Medicare needs. Although his principal office is on Oʻahu, he proudly serves clients throughout the Hawaiian Islands.
Mark has a genuine passion for helping HawaiÊ»i’s kÅ«puna better understand Medicare and make educated, confident decisions about their healthcare options. His belief in exceeding expectations, relentless determination, and uncompromising integrity is evident in everything he does. At PBC, Mark is respected not only for the results he achieves, but also for the trust he has built and the exceptional care he provides to every client.

Mark is married to his wife, Sasi, and is the proud father of two daughters, Nicole and Kylie, and a son, Austin. The family also includes their dog, Sam. When he is not working, Mark enjoys spending time with his family, going to the gym, and fishing.
