Get to know Ralph

Ralph brings more than a decade of Medicare experience, old-school values, and a genuine commitment to caring for his clients the right way. Since joining Premier Benefit Consultants in 2013, he has earned the trust of countless beneficiaries through his attention to detail, dependable ongoing service, and sincere respect for Hawaiʻi’s kūpuna.

As an independent agent with PBC, Ralph assists individuals who are becoming eligible for Medicare, current beneficiaries who want help understanding or reviewing their coverage, and those preparing to retire and transition from employer-based insurance. He also welcomes questions from family members, guardians, employers, physicians, and anyone seeking a clearer understanding of Medicare.

 

Ralph recognizes that Medicare and healthcare coverage can be confusing. Through complimentary one-on-one consultations, he takes the time to understand each client’s individual needs, carefully explain the available options, and provide the information needed to make a confident and informed decision. Consultations are available by appointment over the phone or through video conference.

 

His support does not end after enrollment. Ralph believes being a good agent means continuing to be there whenever questions, concerns, or changes arise. His clients appreciate knowing they have someone dependable to call—someone who knows them, cares about their well-being, and will always do his best to help.

 

Born and raised in Honolulu, Ralph is a proud graduate of Roosevelt High School. After college, he moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career in food service before returning home and starting a retail business in Waikīkī. In 2013, he began a new chapter in the health insurance industry by joining PBC.

 

Often described as “old school,” Ralph was taught from an early age to respect his elders and appreciate the sacrifices previous generations made to create a better future for Hawaiʻi. Those values remain at the heart of his work today. Helping Medicare beneficiaries navigate the healthcare system is Ralph’s way of giving back to the community that raised him, and it has become both his passion and his purpose.

 

Ralph is a highly valued, longtime member of the PBC family and someone who genuinely reflects the best of old-school Hawaiʻi values. He believes in doing things carefully, correctly, and with integrity. His clients genuinely appreciate him, and the outstanding reviews he receives reflect the trust he has earned through years of personalized care and reliable service. Outside of work, Ralph enjoys playing golf with friends, discovering new places to eat with his girlfriend, working out, and playing music.
