As a Premier Benefit Consultant agent, Taryn Kumamoto is here to help you understand all of your health insurance options and to provide excellent ongoing service once she assists you to enroll into the plan of your choice.  Taryn offers guidance for individuals with existing Medicare health plans, those new to Medicare as well as those preparing to retire and transition from employer based health coverage to individual coverage.  Phone or video conferencing consultations are available by appointment and free of charge.  Whether you are a Medicare beneficiary, employer, physician, guardian or anyone looking to understand the complexities of Medicare, contact Taryn and she will gladly assist you. She has been assisting Medicare beneficiaries choose a medical plan since 2008. Specifically, Taryn specializes in working with businesses, employers and community groups and provides complimentary Medicare education sessions & presentations for their employees and members. She finds pride & joy in helping employees make the best Medicare decisions as they approach retirement age.

 

Before her life as a health insurance agent, Taryn was a financial advisor with various institutions for eight years. She received her BBA - Bachelor's of Business Administration from the University of Hawai'i at Manoa on a cheerleading scholarship and her MBA - Masters of Business Administration from Chaminade University. Taryn is a proud graduate of Kailua High School, go Surfriders!

 

She is a busy mother of two middle school children and loves to spoil her 15 year old dog, Runchkin. In her spare time, Taryn enjoys exercise classes, watching her kids' sports activities and judging Hawaii high school cheerleading competitions!
